In this initial course Terry Henry will teach you how to electroform. Terry 1 is a basic hands-on class that teaches the fundamentals of electroforming. The focus of this class is to make the student self-sufficient in the process of electroforming. Students will learn to set-up an electroforming tank and understand the DC power converter (aka rectifier) We will electroform glass and organic materials. The student will be able further explore the process of electroforming after this class.
This E-course includes two complimentary 'one-on-one' zoom consultations with Terry Henry to help you with the tricky bits, whilst receiving personal help and encouragement with the projects. It is advisable to use this consultation as our participants find them invaluable.
Technical handouts are also provided which help you with the science behind electroforming at a glance. Please remember, what we are creating is tricky and takes practice, logic, patience and an inquiring mind.
