Returns.

You have ​30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When sending your item it must be in its original box with the receipt or proof of purchase. Should your item arrive broken please take a picture of the item immediately and send it to us, as we need this picture for our insurance company. Thereafter send the the item back to us as per the returns policy.

 

​Refunds. 

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through bank transfer or via TWINT. You will receive the credit within 10 days working days.​

 

Shipping. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. For the return of broken items your postage costs will be refunded.
